Where is my order?
You should receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to track your package. You may also log into your account (if you set one up) to check your order status, or click the Order Status link at the top of the page and enter your Order ID. If you still need assistance with your order, please contact Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How do I cancel an order?
We will make every effort to cancel your order, but cannot make adjustments once your order has shipped. Promptly contact Customer Service at email@example.com.
How do I return an order?
Returning merchandise is easy and hassle free.
We typically have a 30-day return policy. Due to the holiday shopping season, we are extending our return policy. You will now have until January 25th to return your purchase with cause. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please contact customer service and a return label will be provided to you.
Place return label on your package and include your original packing slip. If you use this label, we will deduct the shipping from the credit you receive. If you received a damaged or defective item (our fault), we'll cover shipping.
Refunds will be processed to the credit card of the initial purchase.
If it isn't on the site, it isn't in stock. We don't accept orders for out-of stock items.
Why can’t I find my size?
All available sizes for a particular item are displayed on the product detail page. If an item is not available in a certain size, that size will not be shown in the size selection list.
Can I ship to multiple locations?
If you wish to ship to more than one location, you need to place an order for each individual address.
Can I ship to an international address?
At this time, we are not shipping outside of the U.S.
What kind of packaging do you use?
The type of packaging varies based on the item. We assure you that we take the most careful approach to make sure your items arrive undamaged when shipped from our warehouse.
How do I log in to my account or find my login information?
To log in to your account, click on My Account at the very top menu of our site. Enter your email address and the password you created when you set up your account. If you have forgotten your password, click the Forgot Password link on the account login page, then input your email address and click Send Password. Your password will be sent to you via email.
