Returning merchandise is easy and hassle free.
We have a 30-day return policy. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, or it is damaged in any way, please contact us at customerservice@zubaz.com.
A return label will be provided to you.
Place return label on your package and include your original packing slip. If you use this label, we will deduct the shipping from the credit you receive. If you received a damaged or defective item (our fault), we'll cover shipping.
Refunds will be processed to the credit card of the initial purchase.
