USA Shipping

Orders shipped in the 48 Contiguous states will ship either DHL or USPS. Your shipping charge will vary depending on the weight of your package.

Packages going to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Territories and PO Boxes will go USPS and are subject to a higher price tier.

Handling Time:

Please allow 1-2 business days for processing after the order has been placed. Once processed an email with the tracking number will be sent to you. Once tracking has been issued the time in transit is as seen below. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.

Shipping Methods:

Standard Shipping: Package will be sent via DHL. Please allow 3-7 business days once in transit. During the holiday season, transit times may take longer.

 

International Shipping

All international packages will be sent USPS.

Pricing for international orders varies on the country and package weight.

The majority of countries are available to ship to. There are some exceptions.

 

Transit Time:

Canada: Please allow 10-30 days after tracking has been emailed.

Mexico: Please allow 14-30 days after tracking has been emailed.

Europe: Please allow 14-60 days after tracking has been emailed

Asia: Please allow 14-60 days after tracking has been emailed.

Other Countries: Please allow 14-60 days after tracking has been emailed.

Please allow more time in handling time by the carrier if the package experiences a delay.

Customs and Duties

All applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. This price is calculated by the retail cost of your order. It is at the sole discretion of customs agents to release your package.
