Every order ships FREE to the 48 contiguous United States. No minimum, no code needed — it's already included at checkout. Orders ship via DHL or USPS Standard; please allow 3–7 business days in transit.
Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories & PO Boxes
Packages going to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Territories and PO Boxes ship via USPS. Shipping for these destinations is calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.
Handling Time
Please allow 1–2 business days for processing after your order is placed. Once processed, we'll email you a tracking number. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after it's issued.
During the holiday season, transit times may take longer.
International Shipping
All international packages ship via USPS. Pricing for international orders varies by country and package weight, and is shown at checkout. We ship to most countries, with some exceptions.
Transit time (after tracking has been emailed):
- Canada: 10–30 days
- Mexico: 14–30 days
- Europe: 14–60 days
- Asia: 14–60 days
- Other countries: 14–60 days
Please allow additional time if the carrier experiences a delay.
Customs and Duties
All applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package, calculated from the retail cost of your order. It is at the sole discretion of customs agents to release your package, and on rare occasions they may delay delivery.
