Ordering & Shipping

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is FREE on every order to the 48 contiguous United States — no minimum, no code needed. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories and PO Boxes ship USPS with rates calculated at checkout. International shipping varies by country and weight and is also shown at checkout.
When will my order ship?
Please allow 1–2 business days for processing. As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number (tracking can take up to 24 hours to start updating).
How long does delivery take?
In the lower 48, packages ship DHL or USPS and typically arrive within 3–7 business days once in transit. During the holiday season, transit can take longer. International delivery ranges from 10–30 days (Canada) up to 14–60 days depending on the destination — full details on our Shipping Policy page.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship to most countries via USPS, with some exceptions. Any customs fees, taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer. See the Shipping Policy for transit times by region.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders fast (1–2 business days), so email customerservice@zubaz.com as soon as possible with your order number. If your order has already shipped, you can send it back through our returns portal once it arrives.
How do I track my order?
We email your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to show movement. Can't find the email? Check spam, or reach out and we'll resend it.

Sizing & Fit

How do Zubaz fit?
Relaxed and baggy — by design, since 1988. If you're between sizes or unsure, we recommend sizing up.
What sizes do you carry?
Most styles run XS–3XL, and select styles go up to 5XL. The size buttons on each product page always show exactly what's available for that item.
Where can I find size charts?
Our Size Guide has full measurement charts for every garment we make — pants, shorts, leggings, tops, and snow gear — plus how-to-measure instructions. Each product page also has a size chart tab.

Returns & Exchanges

What's your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window — you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in their original packaging. Full details on our Refund Policy page.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Everything runs through our self-service returns portal — enter your order info and follow the steps. No emailing back and forth required.
How do returns work with Checkout+ by Redo?
At checkout, you can add Checkout+ Free Returns + Package Protection for $3.49. If you purchase Checkout+, your return shipping is covered through Redo, and your order also includes package protection in case it is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.

To start a return, use our returns portal or contact our support team with your order number. Once your return is approved and received, we'll process your refund or exchange according to our return policy.

If Checkout+ was not added at checkout, our standard return policy applies.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you and issue the refund to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to post it.

Products & Licensing

Is your team gear officially licensed?
Yes — 100%. Zubaz is an official licensee for NFL, NCAA and NLL products. Every team item we sell is authentic, licensed gear.
An item I want is sold out. Will it come back?
Often, yes. Hit the Notify Me button on any sold-out item and we'll email you the moment it's restocked.
Are these the same Zubaz from the '90s?
The one and only — born in 1988, worn by legends, still made loud. Same iconic zebra prints, updated fits and fabrics.

Gift Cards

How do gift cards work?
Our digital gift cards are delivered instantly by email with redemption instructions. They can be used at checkout on anything in the store, across multiple orders until the balance is used up.
